| Descripción de la oferta: | The Small Business Representative will be responsible for meeting with select resellers and communicating product features, benefits, and positioning in an assigned market in which they will represent a company specializing in IT/Networking/Security/Switching products. Their mission is to increase the reseller’s understanding of the manufacturer’s products, how they work, and how those products can help the reseller grow their business in partnership with the manufacturer. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor and ability to follow a explicitly defined process, designed to maximize efficiency and consistency of execution. Responsibilities: •Promote and ensure resellers are aware of the manufacturer’s small business networking, switching, security, and wireless products through face to face meetings •Conduct product trainings to resellers during or as part of face to face meetings. •Help direct resellers to appropriate resources within manufacturer’s program – webinars, promotions, distribution partners •Ensure resellers are aware of key support programs and tools that enhance the reseller’s ability to sell and support the manufacturer’s small business networking, switching, security, and wireless products. •Schedule daily meetings with territory resellers and maintain a strong appointment calendar and accountability to a tight and organized schedule. •Promote and communicate the benefits of the manufacturer’s small business channel partner program. •Ability to identify sales opportunities while meeting with resellers for the manufacturer’s partners to follow-up and close. •Gather data, information and intelligence about each reseller. •Complete web-based visit/call report on a daily basis. •Manage assigned territory and schedule to maximize the number of reseller visits on a daily and weekly basis. •Establish and maintain timely and effective communication with their manager |

| Requisitos mínimos: | The ideal Small Business Sales Associate exhibits a high level of skill in all areas of communications, organization, presentations and time management. The Small Business Sales Associate must be customer-driven and possess the ability to successfully present networking products, programs and promotions to IT channel resellers focused on the small business market. The position will require working remotely, so the individual must be proactive, self-motivated, creative, and flexible; consistently meet or exceed commitments, and exhibit a high level of integrity. •Minimum of 1- 3 years sales or training experience •Ability to effectively contact reseller by phone to set-up multiple face to face meetings per day and per week. •Small business market networking technology product knowledge preferred •Experience demonstrating product features, benefits •High level understanding of networking, switching, security, wireless technologies |
