Functions to develop: Management technical teams Contact with customers Lift / functional requirements analysis, Technical design of solutions and applications Estimation of effort required to implement the designed solutions Coordination of development teams Technical Skills: J2EE (JSP, servlets, EJB, JDBC, JMS), XML, XSD Relational Database scripts (Oracle, Mysql), Knowledge of the use and application of agile methodologies and UML Communication skills Fluent English and Spanish Strong interpersonal and communication skills Others Ability finding creative ways to solve problems efficiently Proactive Team leadership |
