Our office in the outskirts of Barcelona is recruiting for several new team members for our Learning, HR and Payroll projects, in combination with various language skills. As a Customer Care Assistant here at ACS, your role will be fundamental in providing support to our clients employees via email and via the phone. The queries will be related to the Administration of Human Resources, Learning or Payroll. You will be working with a ticketing tool and according to Service Level Agreements which we established with our clients. We will provide you with an in depth training on all IT aspects and process knowledge for your new role. | Requisitos mínimos: | We are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers, as English is our official company language. Apart from English, we are currently recruiting for Spanish and also for German speaking roles, for some positions ideally German in combination with Polish. You are a great communicator and have experience in a client facing role. You know how and enjoy to work as part of a team but can also work independently. You are keen to find solutions to even the most complicated problems our clients¿ employees might be facing and enjoy to help them. You have good time management skills and know how to organize yourself. |
