Descripción de la oferta: An Account Manager / Hotel Contracting Coordinator is required for interesting and varied work in a fast growing and succesful online travel company based in Barcelona.

Job scope/objective:
- Help budgetplaces.com grow its portfolio of online accommodation by taking ownership of the production cycle of newly contracted establishments recruited by the Hotel Contractors as well as spontaneous applications
- Be in direct contact with out Hotel Contractors and review and control the information uploaded by the establishments
- Ensure top quality of the descriptions, pictures and general information of the establishments being published
- Explain budgetplaces.com`s requirements and philosophy and transmit enthusiasm, confidence and credibility to our partners
- Ensure an uploading of 20-30 new establishments per month

Key areas of responsibility:
- Be the permanent contact person for international new establishments until they are fully online and bookable
- Send out e-mails, physical mailings and follow up by calling the potential new clients and convince them to sign up with budgetplaces.com
- Take care of the spontaneous applications for your destinations


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Ciclo Formativo Superior - Hostelería y Turismo
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Requisitos mínimos: Skills requirements:
- Excellent communicator by phone, by email and face to face
- Native ITALIAN and high level of ENGLISH
- Any other language is a plus
- Proficient with productivity tools: Gmail, Excel, Word, Internet navigation
- Ability to work alone without direct supervision (demonstrate a high level of autonomy)
- Critical thinker
- Result & customer oriented
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to transmit own knowledge to others

Experience:
- Strong familiarity with computers, internet, email
- Previous contact with clients
- Hotel Experience is a plus

Personal requirements:
- Indispensable ability to work independently
- Applicant must be detail oriented, accurate, and efficient
- Hard working and responsible
- Be open minded and enjoy working in a young and international environment
