Descripción de la oferta: In line with SELLBYTEL Group’s Customer Service project, we are currently recruiting native speakers of several European languages, to be part of an exciting team, working for the leader in the technological sector (computers, MP3, tablets, entertainment).

Our Service will be responsible for resolving Customer’s requests, when possible, in a single telephone call using customer’s troubleshooting protocols:


YOUR TASKS:

- Provide with accurate information to our customer.
- Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests.
- Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logictics, warranties, refunds…)
- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, polices and procedures.

THE CONTRACT:

- Salary: 1300€ per month in gross + up to 200 € in gross monthly bonus.

- Full time positions: 39 hrs/week.

-Location: Diagonal 197 (Glòries area) – Barcelona.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Educación Secundaria Obligatoria
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año
Requisitos mínimos: WE REQUIRE:

- Native speaker of one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.

- All the candidates must be fluent in English (interviews and also training of the position will be held in this language).

- Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
- Good team player with drive for success.
- Previous experience in similar position is a plus.

- Immediate availability: Starting date: 20th of February.
