Descripción de la oferta: Cpl recruitment is looking for professional candidates wiling to work in a financial envirionment with one of the largests financial institution.

Job responsibilities:

•Perform transactional activity as required eg posting debit and credit transactions to customer accounts, investigating and clearing transactions from reconciliations, cheque banking, cheque issuance, manual debit card processing, working exception reports, etc
•Perform servicing activity as required eg provision of information to internal and external customers, updating bank systems with changes to data fields, account status’s, tax status changes to savings accounts, provision of DSAR / statement information, Power of Attorney, bankruptcies/IVA support, transfer of current account details, Operational Losses validation, Prudential accounts etc
•Administer different types of account to ensure that funds owed to the bank are recovered in an optimal way eg deceased Egg customer accounts through contact with personal representatives, family or legal advisors, establishing viability of recovery / disbursement and then closing the account; Recovery Accounts ensuring that appropriate contact and recovery is made from recipients of erroneously disbursed funds
•Research as required with customers, other departments and external contact points as required to research and validate actions required in terms of the above activities
•Ensure losses are kept to a minimum by compliance with established policies, timely investigation of issues and escalation as required to appropriate personnel
•Support and liaise with the off-shored activities of the team with regard to various non-monetary processes using this opportunity to gain expertise in a range of processes ( an element of load balancing may also be utilised in determining workloads for teams at different times depending upon volumes and resource availability )
•Support the completion of timely and accurate management information as required.
•Complete all activities according to required service levels in respect of quantitative and qualitative standards ( includes off-shored activities ) and remain fully compliant with company procedures..
•Contribute to the Continuity of Business plan as required.
•Consider in performance of role, how continual improvement and delivery of excellence show up and contribute to this process via challenging processes and other people.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: Essential

•Knowledge of UK Banking transactional methodologies and clearing cycles
•Worked in an environment where the provision of excellent customer service standards is a core objective.
•Proven track record of transactional or non-transactional processing where efficiency and quality standards have been met.
•Able to communicate objectively and with professionalism in relation to internal and external customers.

•Understanding of the impact on customers of monetary and non-monetary incidents, failures and exceptions.
•A bank’s control environment.
•Knowledge of a wide range of bank products.
•Executor processes.
•Funds recovery experience.
