| Descripción de la oferta: | As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and communicating requirements between the business stakeholders and the development team. We have introduced an agile delivery model to deal with the complex and ever-changing environment. In our teams the business analysts form the driving force in product development taking the team forward in their daily work as active members of the team. What you will be doing: - Investigate, understand and translate client needs to produce detailed requirement definitions. - Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders based on trust and transparency. - Handle day to day development queries throughout the software development lifecycle and communicate requirements and clarifications to the team. - Develop and maintain knowledge of our products to challenge, refine and focus product direction. - Ensure that standards for non-negotiable deliverables and non-functional requirements are met at all times. - Analyze previous development iteration to identify process improvements opportunities in order to continually improve our delivery efficiency, quality and predictability. |

| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 2 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | - At least 3 years of experience with websites and web development projects. - Computer science degree or relevant professional IT background. - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; written, spoken and in presentations. - Expertise in one or several fields of website governance and development such as community features, social media, online affiliate marketing, web analytics, user experience, content strategy, etc. - Experience coordinating analysis work using various capturing and documentation techniques to produce detailed specifications. Assets: - Experience of Agile with Scrum and User Story writing. - Experience from the sports and gaming industry. - Experience with internet based marketing. |
