Position Summary
Reporting to Global Operations Manager, the HAE main objective is to create and maintain Splendia’s hotel portfolio and ensure a high level of rate parity and stock availability.

Responsibilities
- Hotel content creation and maintenance
- Gathering of missing hotel information
- Training hotels on Splendia’s extranet
- Creation of promotions and new products (rooms + special packages)
- Controlling booking status
- Execution of parity benchmarks of new hotels and main destinations
- Monitoring of stock availability


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado
Experiencia mínima: No Requerida
Requisitos mínimos: - Strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Self motivated, outgoing and customer & sales-oriented
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience of the travel or luxury industry is an advantage
