| Descripción de la oferta: | We are recruiting a HR Teamlead with Native Level of German + Fluent English for our multinational client. This person will be in charge of handling administration of complex payroll and HR processes and handling of Payroll and HR queries. As HR Teamlead you will work in a multicultural environment in a growing and dynamic company, with opportunities to learn and develop in one of the top HR Outsourcing providers on the market. You will gather experience from working with the largest HR and Payroll system SAP, with state-of-the-art-tools and learn more about HR and payroll processes. Your tasks consist of handling administration of complex payroll and HR processes and handling of Payroll and HR queries. You will receive a tailored training for the job where you will learn the systems and processes. The job offers you an on going training and development program. Your main responsibilities: -you will be part of a team that administers the end-to-end transactional activities associated with the employee life cycle, which will include data inputting of employee records, compiling letters, producing documentation for starters, leavers,transfers and maternity, administering the annual HR processes such as salary review, appraisal process etc -input and update the HR system and database, using accurate information. Software used is SAP -you will answer general questions and inquiries in various areas of Human Resources -you will process personnel forms, records statistics and handles highly confidential material. -you will report to a supervisor and leads a small multinational team -you will involved in recruitment processes and new hire trainings -you will liaise with internal departments, e.g. IT, HR and Facilities -you will be involved in employee’s performance review and disciplinary measures -all other duties as assigned. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Qualifications: -Native or fluent speaker of German and English. -Knowledge of French is an asset -Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or Law. -Knowledge of German legislation and procedures concerning HR issues would be an asset. Experience: -Minimum of 2/3 years HR experience, ideally in a Shared Service Center environment and related with HR administration -Experience in leading a team -Experience of major HRIS (e.g. SAP) would be an advantage. Skills: -Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs -Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail -Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends. |
