Global communications consulting firm requires a native English knowledge manager for a multinational technology account. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders across a range of geographies, cultures and seniority levels are developed and nurtured by the sharing of best practice and ideas. This knowledge manager will be responsible for ensuring the right information – both campaign content and detailed financials – flows methodically, crisply and on time between the central organisation and the markets. He/she must have consistently demonstrated the following qualities and abilities over a two-to-three period: excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage a series of tasks simultaneously; must be able to clearly and effectively develop written briefs for the markets and follow up with them, handling enquiries and escalations, tracking budgets and helping ensure communications campaigns are implemented and results reported. The ideal candidate, with support staff, will understand how campaigns are being implemented, identify challenges and be able to provide recommendations towards resolution. The successful applicant will help the office grow its reputation as a best-of-class center of multinational coordination, thinking and excellence, forming part of a global and growing global agency with a roster of clients that includes some of the most well-known brands in the world. |
