Key to the delivery of International Services to our customers is our Multilingual Service Centre in Barcelona, where we employee over 300 staff who deliver 1st and 2nd Level Service Desk services in 12 different languages. Role: The Level 2 role receives complex requests and issues either via phone or via our ticketing tool, and looks for solutions which will allow our business costumers to carry on with their work. Who? The ideal candidate will have a logical approach to problem-solving, and is willing to take ownership of technical incidents and progress them to resolution. Experience is essential. Highly desirable to have an MCSE Certification Fluent spoken and written English is essential. Fluency in other European languages Currently looking for - Swedish speakers - French speakers |
