| Descripción de la oferta: | The main responsibility is to solve any urgent issue arising from Meetings & Events taking place anywhere in the World as part of a Multilingual and International Emergencies working group. -Resolution of incidents related to flights, cars, hotels and other services during the trip -Perform booking flights, cars, hotels and other services related to group travel -Providing costumer support on travel, quickly and effectively |

| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 1 año |
| Requisitos mínimos: | - Good knowledge of Spanish, English and German. Without knowledge of these three languages, the candidate will not be cosidered in the selection process. -Excellent communication and customer relations skills -Good learning ability -Teamwork -Proactive -Candidate should be comfortable to work with rotating and night shifts, weekends and bank holidays -Knowledge of travel industry -Knowledge and experience of AMADEUS GDS -Previous experience in travel agencies, airlines or call centers is a plus |
