Softonic is seeking a focused, driven and experienced sales professional as our next advertising Regional Sales Manager for Europe. RSM candidates must have a proven track record of introducing and selling display, sponsorship, and integrated advertising opportunities; directly to Brands or working together with Advertising Agencies. The successful candidate should also poses an active list of media buying and planning contacts ready to be called upon once hired. We require significant knowledge of advertising metrics including CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ad effectiveness measures; exceptional sales skills including prospecting, cold calling, making presentations, negotiating and closing of online advertising campaigns; familiarity with Ad Serving platforms and audience targeting by language, geography, content and behavior, is desired. This is a newly created position with amazing potential and will require a tremendous effort on your part. | Requisitos mínimos: | - University graduate, preferably in a business, communication or marketing discipline - 3+ years of advertising sales and knowledge of account management - Experience working in an interactive media company, selling to European businesses - Solid global knowledge in Internet usage and online media trends - Strong business acumen, interpersonal and analytical skills - Travel required up to 50% - A team player who is able to maintain excellent working relationships with clients and internal departments, willingness to work under pressure, and one who puts the needs of our Clients first - Passionate about people and passionate about sales - Good understanding of technology and contacts within the software industry - Must be fluent in English (native level) |
