| Descripción de la oferta: | Research Editor, Dow Jones Watchlist - Turkish Language Required - Barcelona – 19,150 Euros The role of the Special Interest Research Editor is to research and load onto the Dow Jones Watchlist editorial interface accurate, high-quality records of individuals who meet specified coverage criteria. The editor is also required to update profiles when necessary and to ensure that volume targets are met. The editor is required to monitor relevant news from a portfolio of countries in order to identify individuals who meet Special Interest criteria. News monitoring is carried out through Factiva.com, the group's main research tool, although other electronic and non-electronic published sources may be consulted in order to obtain biographical data. In extracting data from Factiva.com, the editor must adhere to a set of guidelines while having a thorough understanding of the Watchlist database. The editor is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the material he/she and other team members add to the database and must follow an established set of procedures to do so. In some cases the editor will be required to assess, refine and load data extracted from Factiva.com sources. The editor may also be required from time to time to compile Due Diligence (DD) reports on companies and/or individuals are required by the desk editor responsible for DD delivery. Business Background: Dow Jones' Risk and Compliance business provides a comprehensive response to financial regulations by offering global, accurate, up-to-date information on people and companies - enabling customers to meet regulatory guidelines, perform enhanced due diligence, control money laundering and illicit payments, and manage risk across their business. Key Responsibilities: •Research and load onto the Watchlist database individuals who meet Special Interest Coverage criteria •Monitor relevant news from a portfolio of countries in order to identify individuals who meet Special Interest criteria •Update profiles when necessary •Respond to client queries |

| Requisitos mínimos: | •Fluency in English and Turkish is essential as the editor will be required to read material in these languages. •Ability to identify wholly with Dow Jones's service obligations to its clients. •Thorough understanding of issues relating to Special Interest categories •Research or editorial experience with strong research skills •Flexibility •Good organisational and communication skills •Education to degree level •Keyboard skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office •Ability to handle large volumes of information •Ability to work to deadlines and as part of a team •Ability to accept feedback as a learning opportunity •Ability to build and maintain good working relationships •Positive outlook on change, self motivated, flexible and adaptable to work outside a traditional office environment Only CV's in English language will be considered.
