Descripción de la oferta: Manage email and phone communication between EnGrande and tourists/clients who make reservations on our websites. Manage email and phone communication between EnGrande and our growing network of hotels, hostels, pensions, apartments in cities across Europe. Make reservations over the phone, and through Web chat customer service tools. Provide prompt, friendly service over the phone and through email, which will increase customer satisfaction and ultimately help grow the business


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año
Requisitos mínimos: Skills requirements:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammar and demeanor
-interpersonal skills
-Fluent in German + English/Spanish+ French/Italian. Minimum 3 languages required, any other language is a plus
-Proficient with productivity tools: EXCEL, Word, Internet navigation, Google Gmail
-Good communicator on the phone and in email. Have an open, positive attitude when communicating.
-Ability to work well with other team members and departments, as well as alone without direct supervision
-Sales person

Experience:
-Fluent in Italian + French + German + Spanish/English/, any other language a big plus
-Strong familiarity with computers, internet, email
-Some previous direct contact with clients
-Sales


Personal requirements:
-Applicant must be open and easygoing person, who can easily get along with new persons, and who strives for constant improvement


-Hours are 9.30 till 18.30. 1 hour for lunch between 13- 15
