| Descripción de la oferta: | About the job position: We are seeking for a free-lance or part-time Agile Coach for MBQ / Scrum Master Consultant to manage an international client in an App software developing company. He/She will also be expected to act as a scrum coach, giving support to the team, organizing SCRUM meetings (Daily SCRUM, Sprint Planning, Planning Poker...). About MUBIQUO: MUBIQUO is an international and independent mobile app company established in Barcelona in 2009 passionate about the enhanced possibilities that smartphones bring to business and consumer communication. MUBIQUO is a + 30 people team with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, London, Portugal and San Francisco. Our aim is to help brands extend their communication channels and business to smartphones. | Requisitos mínimos: | Experience with Scrum (> 2 years) Experience with Kanban (> 3 months) Experience with XP (Extreme Programming) incl. unit test automation, continuous integration, automated build & deployment, automated regression tests (> 1 year) Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Feature Driven Development (FDD), or Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) (> 1 year) The agile coach would be ideally certified as Certified Scrum Master/Practioner or Professional Scrum Master I or II. Fluent in English is a must. |
