Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will be responsible for Financial Reporting, Forecasting & Budgeting, Operational Analysis, and other ad hoc financial analysis of the Business Unit. You will have the opportunity to interact with senior management and staff across the organization in support of financial planning and decision support. Your role will involve: - Business modeling and analysis - Developing business case analysis to support all major financial decision - Target setting (financial planning) - Performing risk and opportunities variance analysis versus plan and forecast - Developing and monitoring business controls regarding profitability - Managing all appropriate month-end close processes and facilitate review meetings with business groups - Driving process improvement and standardization |

| Requisitos mínimos: | You will bring: - 4-8 years of progressive FP&A and operational finance management roles in high growth, multi-national company - Strong financial acumen including extensive experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis - Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decision on various internal/external stakeholders - Strong resourcefulness and ability to find or develop compelling data given limited resources and time - Previous experience with SAP/BPC and/or enter-price planning tool a plus - Strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel - SQL skills a plus |
