Descripción de la oferta: Accenture, Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing Company, requires an Application Operations Specialist.

Main responsibilities may include:

- Responsible for providing technical and functional support and providing resolution for technical issues.
- Develops and maintains internal applications for use in Support (batch jobs, SQL queries)
- The focus is the delivery of a high quality customer experience
- Responsible for the overall health of hosted applications. This includes continuous improvement in SLA’s through better monitoring, escalating bug fixes for correction and system tuning. Oversees change management activity in hosted client environments. Ensures successful recovery after application deployments and infrastructure maintenance


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Ingeniero Superior
Experiencia mínima: De 3 a 5 años
Imprescindible residente en: No Requerido
Requisitos mínimos: - Superior bachelor preferably in IT/Engineering
- High English level
- Willing to travel.

* Experience
- 3-5 years of complex troubleshooting in a mission critical production environment
- 2+ years experience leading a small production application support or similar team.
- 3+ years experience supporting applications.
- 1+ years of IT Customer Service/Problem Management Resolution experience

- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook)
- Windows Server Administration experience preferred.
