Computacenter is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes diversity An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Team Leader to work within Computacenter`s International Service Centre, in Barcelona. As an ISC Team Leader you will be responsible for building relationships with Computacenter`s internal teams as well as building long lasting relationships with our clients and their service management counter parts. You will be responsible for delivery of a quality service to the customer, ensuring that contract and commercial changes are robustly controlled, and that contracted service obligations are met. Particular focus will be expected on service excellence & innovation. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for a team of L1s, delivering service at the IS Service Desk. You will be expected to lead, develop, manage and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service in line with Computacenter`s contractual agreements. You will be responsible for the performance management of the team and individuals within it to meet productivity and service standards through internal tools |
