ODIGEO, the 5th largest online travel agency worldwide, is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Technical Team Leader to join our Development team within engineering area. Successful candidate will be responsible for technically lead and manage a focused team of 8 people dedicated to driving innovation and giving service to the marketing projects. Reporting to the Head of Development his/her main responsibilities will be:
- Provide technical solutions to the assigned projects; help translate functional specifications into high-performance, logical technical designs and code. He/she will have the technical responsibility over the projects and will act as the development liaison to groups within the Marketing organization.
- Team Management, which includes objectives assessment, assignment of resources to tasks, among others.
- Project Management, assuming the responsibility over the execution and success of projects regarding development tasks, risk identification and solutions proposal. The Technical Team Leader will be in charge of ensuring methodology accomplishment and technical excellence throughout the software development. |
