SoftonicAds is Softonic´s proprietary self-service advertising platform targeting software and technology related companies. As a Google Adwords alike platform, advertisers are allowed to bid on keywords or specific sections of Softonic websites and pay only per performance: pay per click or pay per download of a software. In order to build the Outbound Sales Team, which will consist on both internal sales representatives and mainly outsourced telesales agents, with the goal of driving qualified leads/registrations to SoftonicAds, we are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager. Responsibilities - Analyze and select external Call Centre firms and lead the relationship with them to carry out the Outbound Sales action plan for SoftonicAds globally, generating qualified leads/active accounts in the system. - Supervise and monitor outbound agents and ensure the Softonic brand integrity and value proposition are maintained at all times. - Update, train and coach Call Center staff on latest Product developments, campaigns and enhancements. - Set weekly and monthly sales targets and apply improvements to the campaign and messages accordingly, to assure improved sales agents performance. - Establish and meet/exceed sales goals and objectives in production, revenue and quality - Report on a weekly basis on call centre staff performance ( conversion to qualified lead, conversion to sales, etc ), objections, product needs, opportunities etc and make appropriate program changes. - Coordinate directed incentive programs and motivate team to assist in achieving Revenue goals. -Create a positive team environment and motivate sales agents to achieve top performance and financial goals. - Meet with direct reports and supervisory team regularly to review current programs and team performance, obtain feedback, evaluate and adjust procedures, and review upcoming programs. - Partner effectively with Marketing and Product Management to provide feedback from the customer, and communicate marketing needs for sales support. |
Requisitos
| Estudios mínimos: | Licenciado - Administración y Dirección de Empresas |
| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 3 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | - 3+ years business-to-business telemarketing or sales contact center management experience, with a proven ability to lead, train, coach, and motivate for sales excellence. - Computer literate with MS Office and CRM tools deep knowledge. - Previous call center or reservation agent experience - Desired previous advertising or online services sales experience. - Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to create and analyze reports - Good verbal and written communication skills - Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to create and analyze reports - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Fluent in English and Spanish is considered as a plus. |
