| Descripción de la oferta: | As part of our European Localization Team you will be responsible for executing high-quality, culturally relevant translations following corporate brand guidelines. You will act as an expert of the Polish culture and localize pan-European marketing campaigns and product launches to increase their effectiveness in your market. In order to do so you will work closely with the Polish marketing team, graphic designers and copywriters. Located in our European Headquarters in Barcelona you will be part of a multicultural team of translators contributing to discussions and brainstorming ideas about localization strategies and challenges. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, is a strong team player who is very detail-oriented, proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about impacting business results through localizations, and can deliver quality translations within tight deadlines. Responsibilities: •Localize new content for the Polish website from English to Polish (copy, images, surveys, etc), as well as online and offline advertising creative using CAT and proprietary tools •Partner with the creative, product and marketing teams to ensure that translations match cultural needs of target market •Perform Quality Control of the Polish website and advertising materials •Be accountable for the quality, on-time delivery and marketing effectiveness of Polish localizations •Support outsourcing process for larger projects |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Requirements: •Must be native Polish and fluent in English (both written and verbal) •BA or equivalent degree in Translation / Localization •A sound understanding of Polish and American culture is required •1-2 years relevant work experience in marketing translations and translation coordination desirable •Experience in working with CAT tools an advantage •Basic knowledge and understanding of the online market in Poland |
