Descripción de la oferta: • Support plant HR management in all HR business decisions, and provide personnel administration and labour relations expertise on all plant related matters including budgeting, reporting and cost control
• Prepare and issue employment contracts for new employees and ensure all necessary paperwork is processed as appropriate.
• Conduct area surveys to determine rates of pay, fringe benefits, and availability of labor for employees
• Take full responsibility for the training and development of direct and indirect staff and optimism employee involvement and motivation.
• Develops, advises on and implements disciplinary procedures and actions in line with Country HR.
• Monitor turnover of employees for causes of turnover and recommend programs and policies to help minimize turnover and training costs.
• Prepare and update on a regular basis defined workforce statistics (i.e. seniority, gender, training, etc.) and information and report to management.
• Take full responsibility for the Plant HR Plan and report needs regarding salaried employees and labor relation issues to the HR Office.
• Maintain regular contact with union and works council representatives and manages day to day labor relations at plant level in coordination with Country HR.
• Establish and administer procedures for the initiation and maintenance of personnel records and administers employee relation’s policies.
• Direct or support an active safety program (depending on internal organization of H&S). Participate actively in the Plant Safety Committee.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Derecho
Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años
Requisitos mínimos: - Resident in vacancy province.
- Law Degree. Master of HR or Occupational Risk Prevention.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in plant HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language. Cambridge Advance or Proficiency Certificate or Aptitud EOI.ƒn
- Good interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
