| Descripción de la oferta: | An engineering and research and development company based near Barcelona is seeking a qualified and experienced marketing professional to join their growing workforce. This is a new position within the company and offers a very a solid career opportunity to the right candidate. You will report directly to Senior Management and your duties will include: • Assisting in designing a marketing strategy for the company, its services and products, towards industry, local policy makers and stakeholders- in Spain, Ireland and Europe • Responsible for the seamless execution of this strategy • Managing and steering the work of the in-house graphic designer in designing and maintaining the company web site and all promotional materials (logos, posters, leaflets, etc.) • Managing the company’s involvement in tradeshows and conferences- stand, materials, presence on the stand, designing activities and events linked to the shows to attract visitors, leading the teams that will be manning the stands, etc. • Responsible for the dissemination activities involved in the European funded R&D projects that the company is leading- project web, leaflets, posters; project press releases; events; etc. • Responsible for market positioning of potential new products and company developments- carrying out market surveys, market prospection, defining Unique Selling Points, brand creation and positioning, etc. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | The suitable candidate must have the following: • Degree/Masters in Marketing, Advertising (or similar) • Bilingual- Mother Tongue English and Spanish • At least 3 years demonstrable experience in a similar position in industry • Excellent communicator, strategic thinking, leadership • High creativity, combined with pragmatism • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to budget • Availability to travel (within Spain and Europe) Trilingual candidates- English, Spanish, Catalan will be highly valued |
