Descripción de la oferta: To ensure that HR strategies, processes and practices are fully aligned with the business and to enable managers to lead and develop their people effectively to deliver business success by working with business leaders and HR teams.

The HR Manager will be responsible for our Personal Care - Skincare Applications business (Lipotec) and partner with Business Leaders, European and Global HR team members to:

* Support and implement global and regional HR strategies and practices consistently across the assigned business.


* Build collaborative relationships with managers on strategic and operational business, organizational and talent management activities.


* Lead change management efforts to execute and facilitate key business decisions or projects.


* Pro-actively bring together manpower planning and succession planning to develop talent pools.


* Lead talent acquisition efforts.


* Ensure market competitive compensation practices, provide expertise to managers and staff and co-operate with Comp & Ben on development, implementation or maintenance of Comp & Ben policies and practices.


* Administer HR policies and procedures; investigate, counsel and advise employees and managers on HR polices/practices/procedures.


* Manage day-to-day employee relations activities and establish positive working environment and relationships.

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado
Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años
Requisitos mínimos: * A degree or equivalent with minimum 8 years professional HR experience; at least 3 years of this experience as lead HR contact for one or more business areas in Europe.


* Seasoned professional understanding of one or more of the following HR disciplines : Generalist HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits.


* Direct experience of leading change - culture, process or practice.


* Coaching / facilitation skills/change management skills.

* The ability to speak fluent Spanish and English. Another European language would be advantageous
