    Kimberly Clark is looking for a HR Business Partner for the leadership team in the Headquarters in Madrid and Salamanca Mill. The role will be based in Madrid and reports to the Iberian Country HR Manager. Reward strategy: ·It motivates our people to higher levels of performance and supports our retention objectives. Our leaders provide transparency and clarity about why the organization is doing what it is doing, and how our reward strategy will help drive performance ·Reward decisions are based on a broader view of performance and how its impact on social, environmental, brand and employee potential to more effectively balance both short and long-term performance, and financial and non-financial measures of performance ·Reward processes are brilliantly executed, demonstrating the capability of the HR function to enhance organizational effectiveness Employee Relations: ·Can implement on the resolution of straight forward issues. Can advise people in HR as well as people managers how to make robust employee relations decisions ·Has a detailed understanding of local agreements, how local collective bodies operate and how local consultation and negotiation processes work.
