The role will be based in Madrid and reports to the Iberian Country HR Manager.     This is a great opportunity to join the EMEA regional Reward team and be part of the Centre of Excellence that will is driving all regional market-based compensation strategies and providing support to country HR Business Partners in Consumer and KCP businesses. You will provide administrative support to regional reward initiatives and help ensure flawless execution of core reward processes. Market and Job Pricing Data - Survey vendor administration - Setting up new jobs in MarketPay system - Collect job pricing requests and ensure data completeness Reward Reporting - Collect KPI data and complete monthly Reward Dashboard - Run and distribute monthly reports on Leavers and Starters - Run ad-hoc compensation reports Projects Support - Assist in several regional reward projects, mainly with data collation and filing Compensation Planning Process - Administrative support during the annual process Europe Stock Plan (SharePlus) - Collate and update information to be included in the Plan Prospectus - Reward SharePoint site filing maintenance Other Administration - Organise team meetings logistics - Raising Purchase Orders as necessary - Must be highly proficient in English, including ability to have a fluent telephone conversation (100% of interactions are in English) - Must be highly familiar with Microsoft Excel and be able to use basic functionality - Must be good at numbers - Must have learning ability and motivation - Hard-worker resilient under high workload and pace - Familiarity with HRIS is a plus - Interest in Reward a plus - No professional experience required
