| Descripción de la oferta: | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -To work with the Account Managers and members of the technical team to support Sales activities. -To be responsible for understanding the customer needs, negotiating software and products requirements, preparing documentation and project proposals, and being able to explain the recommended solutions, in order to achieve the best result for the customer. -Provide technical sales support for all OPTENET products. Additionally, the Solutions Engineer will work together with the Business Development and Technical Support teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction. - Determine technical requirements of the customer, provide clear estimation of feasibility and risks. - Support of contract negotiations with its technical background - Answer to Requests for Proposals and write project proposals. - Work to identify sales prospect requirements for OPTENET products - Prepare solution presentations and demos for all OPTENET products. - Ensure all projects deliver a quality product on schedule with a completely satisfied customer - Develop high-level professional relationships with customers -Ensure company is delivering the required service(s)-Defend proposals in front of the customer. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | -Bachelor degree in Computer science or telecommunications. - 3+ year experience in presales or as an IT consultant. - Strong understanding of software, technology, and standards related to networking. - Knowledge of security products an advantage. - Ability to recognize business opportunities - Strong presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English - Willingness to travel |
