We are currently looking for 2 NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Responsibilities:

- To introduce our clients -or potential ones- to all the information on prices, resources, applications, sign up process, payment methods, etc., by telephone or e-mail.
- Management of administrative procedures related to billing (invoicing, manual invoice correction, changing customer data sheets, etc.)
- To keep track of the products offered.
- To control and keep track of the products sold to be sure they have an optimum performance.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Formación Profesional Grado Superior
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: - Education in Technical areas (computer science, mathematics, etc.)
- Any kind of experience in a position with high involvement in customer service, either in person or by telephone, will be taken into account.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon) and split shifts.
