| Descripción de la oferta: | Role/ Mission Ensure proper billing, reporting and business controlling of revenues and business activity in order to safeguard and maximize company incomes. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. BILLING AND REFERENCE DATA MAINTENANCE • Define, review and validate requirements for billing. • Ensure SAP (SD and MM modules) is properly set up. • Control and monitor billing of contracts/products you are in charge. In order to ensure correct billing (debiting and crediting) to Customers and Vendors. 2. COMMERCIAL REPORTING • Define, review and validate requirements for reporting. • Produce commercial reports monitoring the revenue and distribution fees incurred by the contracts / products you are in charge In order to Provide revenue visibility to the Sales and Product Management departments. 3. BUSINESS CONTROL • Track revenue deviations compared to budgeted, forecasted or expected revenues • Identify root causes for these deviations (discounts, contractual status…) • Propose corrective actions In order to Maximize the company revenues. Responsibility on Customers being the entry point in the Department for every topic related to these customers (contract negotiations, contractual changes, special deals…) |

| Requisitos mínimos: | - Education: University Degree in Business Administration or Economics. - English: High/Fluent. - PC skills: Advanced - SAP knowledge (SD/MM) - Experience: 2 years in a similar position in a multinational firm |
| Requisitos deseados: | - Business Understanding: Basic understanding of the travel and distribution industry would be an asset. |
