The main objective of the Customer Service Assistant is to ensure an effective and appropriate department work and contribute to the smooth functioning of the department routine work processes and activities
Main responsibilities:
1. Ensure the timely movement of required information in the department
2. Sending, receiving, scanning, registering in the department respective registers (electronic document register, internal post register) and delivery to addressees of documents and shipments of the department.
3.Mail control, send and reception of documents and distribute in the department.
4. Adding data into the internal program.
5. Archival processing of document which are to be achieved, pursuant to the procedure established at the branch.
6. To scan documents sent to the department by post, send to the archive and notify the customer administrators by e-mail of the received document.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Formación Profesional Grado Superior - Administración
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año
Requisitos mínimos: 1. At least High School education,
2. Prior experience as an assistant position,
3. Verbal and written Spanish on an advanced level,
4. Verbal and written English on an intermediate level,
5. Computer literacy, ability to use the database, spreadsheet and data processing software required in the position and ability to use the Internet.
6. Good communication skills, ability to use initiative and organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility and accuracy, ability to articulate verbally and in writing.
