Descripción de la oferta: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To successfully manage a client base who currently use adstream products and services, delivering to the highest levels of client satisfaction

To support the business objective of creating long term business partnerships with our clients through delivering first class customer service


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

To be the first point of contact for our customers and the traffic teams at the broadcasters.
Adopt client centric approach (place clients at the forefront of all thinking and decision making, understand their business and needs, give them solutions etc)
To attend staff meetings and training sessions
To share knowledge and ideas
Building harmonious and long lasting relationships with clients, broadcasters/rotations
Actively contribute to long and short term direction of production
Securing efficient and effective delivery process, within SLA¿s


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Tracking and escalation of any client issues
Processing of orders to ensure a fast, accurate and reliable production process
Set up new clients in the Adstream system
Being the client¿s advocate to ensure that any issues are dealt with swiftly
Assisting in adding information to the database for clients
Follow up on Media Agencies, Creative Agencies and Broadcasters working with Adstream and guarantee their expectations are met at all times.
Establish and coordinate planned visits at the customer location and Adstream offices
Inform clients of new services, partnerships, and/or products as they are announced or released
Provide support to additional departments when required, as required
Ensuring SLA¿s are relevant, up-to-date with suitable disclaimers
Actively identify, gain approval and implement improvements to the system


KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Job procedures ¿ thorough understanding of working practices and methods of getting the work done
Strong account management skills (good communicator, empathy)
Strong judgement and ability to work under pressure
An eye for detail and passion for accuracy
Languages ¿ native Spanish, fluent in English

Minimum experience in the Media/Advertising industry of 2 years
Spoken & written Portuguese
