Descripción de la oferta: Account Plan:
-Leads the development and implementation of the account plan to include designing the executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, prioritizing the opportunities, identifying target projects.
-Supports the account in technical specifications, understanding the needs and expectations in order to generate profitable business for ABB.
-Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of the account strategy, past purchasing behavior, organization including decision makers, influencers and sponsors. Applies high level business acumen, including an understanding of the customer’s business drivers, economic trends, issues and competition.

Sales:
-Achieves targets. Maximizes the knowledge and offers ABB portfolio. Plans, facilitates and conducts complex negotiations. Promotes frame agreements with the account.

Customer Relationship:
-Develops and manages the customer relationship between ABB and the key account at all levels both within ABB and within the customer. Represents the customer’s needs within ABB and ABB’s interests to the customer.

ABB strategy:
-Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of ABB strategy, current and emerging solution capabilities and strategic direction for solution capabilities.
-Acts as focal reference for problem resolution and monitors the account claims.

Leadership & Coaching:
-Mobilizes ABB resources in a cross divisional way as an integrated team spanning all of ABB’s businesses. Has a leadership role and facilitates team selling in a virtual organization. Identifies local, specialist sales resources and ensures they are properly trained on the strategy and status of the account.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Ingeniero Técnico
Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años
Requisitos mínimos: -Engineering Degree.
-Experience in Utilities, EPC´s or Civil Works account management.
-Fluent in English and Spanish.
-Experience with customers including sales, problem solving, negotiation, and relationship building.
-Networking, leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
