Descripción de la oferta: Leading Worldwide Company is seeking for its Central Office in Madrid a Lawyer. She/He will be in charge of:
Supporting the Company in all legal related matters and acting as an advisor to the management in all kind of business related activities/initiatives.
Managing the corporate secretarial work, in addition to oversight of compliance with legal formalities and regulatory requirements by the Company’s direct and indirect subsidiaries (drafting of minutes, proxies, powers of attorney, etc.)
Monitoring and reporting on EU legislative initiatives and proceedings that could impact the Company or its business.
Providing assistance in completion of transactions and agreements, and day to day legal advice on all aspects of the law; draft, advise on and negotiate agreements, contracts and transactions.
Providing support for acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures and other transactions.
Defending the Company and supervise outside counsel who defend the Company in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Supporting the market: contracts related to the business, involvement in the market projects.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Derecho
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: Bachelors degree in Law.
At least 3 years of experience in an industrial & international environment.
Perfect in English.
Open in communication. Team player & flexible.
Able to work in an independently way.
