It is a truly global player offering the highest quality products to customers in over 76 countries On behalf of our client are now recruiting a Legal Manager (m/f) This position will be based in Madrid. As Legal Manager you are responsible for: Assisting and independently providing general legal advice in respect of the Mediterranean Division countries according to their local legislation Managing and coordinating the external counsels, monitoring and supervising, together with other departments involved, the appropriate processes and actions for the anticipation of any legal risk that may arise Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and executing contracts promoted by the different departments Managing franchise approval processes and assisting company operations, real state, supply chain, litigation, data protection and labor Reviewing and supervising marketing initiatives and projects Planning and executing corporate, finance, data protection and trademarks matters, managing legal budget and reporting to international legal supervisor Implementing and improving global policies and procedures Crisis Management Reporting internationally with English written reports Requirements: Masters Degree in Law Knowledge on general advice on commercial and corporate matters Swiss and UK law knowledge Ability to prioritize different issues and to work under pressure Involved with the business and thus be able to balance legal risks and business needs Capacity to influence in other departments decisions taking into account possible legal risks Strong international experience Required languages: fluent English (written and spoken).
