In the past few years, we have become a strong partner for plenty of successful companies to support them with our unparalleled online expertise, network of contacts and capital. Some of our best-known internet projects, to name a few, are: Groupon, Zalando, bigfoot, edarling. GlossyBox (www.glossybox.es) is a new, very promising venture that has been launched during 2011 in 12 countries and has shown significant growth already. We are looking for an operations junior for Spain. Your Responsibilites: Contribute to the management of the operations of a rapidly growing internet business, in particular ensuring timely and high quality availability of material, monitoring packing process, ensuring smooth delivery and return process. Contribute to the management of fullfilment and logistic partners; participating in negociating contracts and conditions while monitoring performance. Constantly analyze performance of operations processes (e.g., packing process, website operations); quickly identify issues and develop solutions. Work closely with Chief Operations Officer to ensure operations are in line with overall business strategy. Closely work with other departmentes, specially business development and customer service, both national and internationally. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Strong interest in Operations / Logistics excellence, as well as in e-commerce business. High degree of flexibility and motivation; able to cope with fast-paced environment. ``Can-do`` attitude, able to find solutions / make pragmatic decisions under pressure. Effective time management and able to multi-tasks and oversee several tasks at the same time. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to operational excellence with high attention to details. Advanced in Excel. Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English. Desirable Experience in supply chain environments. Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes. Knowledge of Magento, HTML.
