| Descripción de la oferta: | •Manufacturing engineering qualifications and /or significant experience on Ford or Powertrain launch programmes. This will be either experience on other Ford launches or similar launches within the automotive industry. •Project management qualifications and / or demonstrable experience in the coordination and management of complex programmes. (Microsoft project knowledge is preferable here. Where this is not available the candidates will demonstrate planning skills using a similar methodology. In this case introductory training on Microsoft project will be provided) •Proven consultative project management skills. •Managing plans to deliver programmes on time and in budget. •Quick turnaround and priority management skills. •Flexibility and the ability to look ahead •Self starting skills with the ability to work independently •Suitable communication skills, verbal and written English and suitable IT skills to ensure they can carry out the task. |
