| Descripción de la oferta: | OBJETIVES: The candidate will be involved in the selection, recruitment and training of highly qualified professionals for our rapidly growing international team of online language trainers and in-company teachers. The candidate will be given the opportunity to carry out investigative research to improve the international recruitment process both economically and efficiently as the company continues to expand. The candidate will work alongside the HR & Financial Department in areas concerning payments, contracts and other vital documentation required for international recruitment. RESPONSABILITIES: RECRUITMENT - Selection process: refining, screening and short-listing the most qualified applicants - Scouting for talented professionals to work in various departments both nationally and internationally within the company - Coordinate interviews for international online language trainers, face-to-face teachers and interns, with our International Recruitment Team - Conduct interviews with potential online language trainers and face-to-face-teachers - Organise training sessions for online trainers - Conduct training sessions for online trainers - Calculate and record payments for International Recruitment Team - Help launch Recruitment Campaigns RESEARCH - Market Research: analyse and compare the geographical impact on average rates and tariffs - Statistical analysis to provide insight and predict future trends in the international education sector - Communicative Research: economic international calling plans - Advertising: investigate and approach advertising agencies online and offline - Examine and compare key competitors and how they operate HUMAN RESOURCES - Receive documentation necessary for payment and contract purposes - Record documents received and track documents missing - Track annual fiscal documentation to avoid double taxation for international trainers - Draw up and send contractual agreements to new trainers - Record payment details |

| Requisitos mínimos: | PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Teaching qualification (TEFL/CELTA/PGCE or equivalent) with at least three years teaching experience - A background in business - A background in Recruitment, Training or Research PREFERRED SKILLS - Must be fluent in English/Spanish and preferably a third language - Must have strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and sensitivity - Must have excellent computer skills - Must have the ability to work independently - Must be result oriented, self motivated and a team player - Must have excellent communication and organisational skills - Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines |
