| Descripción de la oferta: | Ferrovial Agroman UK is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager. Main responsabilities will be: - co-ordinate the Temporary Works and Final Design with that of others including other Project contractors; - Brief the site team on the key elements and hazards identified during the design process; - Identify, from the design brief and associated information, the various loads that will act on the structure together with the combinations in which they will be considered; - Identify the relevant design standards or other documents used in the design process; - Manage Temporary Works design in accordance with recognised engineering principles and take into account the variability of materials, workmanship, site conditions and construction tolerances; and - Manage Design Temporary Works systems with regard to ease and safety of erection and dismantling and provide guidance on the implementation of their design. |

| Experiencia mínima: | Más de 5 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | - 15 years’ experience in the construction industry on major projects. - Highly experienced in investigating and designing alternative types and methods of construction, bringing time, cost and other benefits to both contractor and client. - Possesses an outstanding ability to provide engineering support, linking high specification design requirements to pragmatic buildable solutions. - An outstanding eye for detail, together with an ability to understand and manage specialist advisors. - Considerable experience of assessing and monitoring the effects of settlement on rail and other infrastructure. - Extensive experience in the use of NEC forms of contract. - Wide ranging knowledge and understanding of the design and management of temporary and permanent works in heavily congested environments. - Fluent English |
