| Descripción de la oferta: | Under the Regional CL Manager supervision, in coordination with other Regional departments, and with Group support: - Deploy and support Regional strategic initiatives “Accelerate P&C in CL” , and “Build P&C technical capabilities” - Be technical reference support to local and Regional UW activities - Challenge the entities’ portfolios and support the implementation of any profitability / sustainability and growth measures - Ensure alignment of underwriting and reinsurance in all P&C lines - Contribute to building and animation of the Regional P&C CL network - Manage projects and activities assigned by the Regional CL Manager - Contribute to ensure best practices across the Region for Commercial Lines, filling the gaps between different levels of entities maturity and Region / Group target - Give support to ensure all entities are properly aligned with regards to the Regional UW initiatives and that follow the guidelines and methods defined at Regional and Group level - Provide support to Monitor de business; analyse portfolio data and recommend actions |

| Requisitos mínimos: | - More than 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines Underwriting - Experience in international projects - Excellent English skills - Strong knowledge concerning IT soft application (Excel, PowerPoint, IT HR information system) Technical skills: - Strong knowledge of Project Management Techniques - Knowledge of operative processes in the insurance industry - Good knowledge of performance management and talent management Personal skills: - Prioritisation and organisation skills - Good level of leadership skills and strong influencing skills, with ability to engage others and get people on board - Ability to network, establish relationships, and gain credibility from more senior roles - Open minded to an international environment - Ability to adapt in a changing environment - Management abilities potential - Team player and team builder - Autonomous and results oriented - Strategic thinking - Good interpersonal relationships |
