| Descripción de la oferta: | ALSTOM Transport is the global leader in high speed trains, and supplies one in four metros, and one out of three trains in the world, with 26,500 people in over 60 countries. Based in Madrid in our Information Solutions Product Line, we are looking for a Site Installation Manager to be accountable for the installations activities within the Site, those for installing equipment on board of trains and those on track side or field. He/she will lead a team of approx.30 people divided in Installation team (Project Installation Mgrs, Installation Engineers, Technicians and Operators) and Installation Engineering (Engineers, Technicians and Draugthmen) and bring a real added value contribution through change management and the generation of best practices. Main responsibilities - Implement Installation methods, tools and best practices within his/her team as defined by central Installation Methods &Tools organization. - Continuously evaluate, train and develop Project Installation Managers and Installation Engineers, in cooperation with HR. - Allocate resources to Projects and ensure that the optimal use ratio of resources is reached for the engineers within his/her team. - Coach installation resources from his/her team when they request support and continuously develop their technical and methodological skills. - Provide return of experience on methods & tools and share best practices with Central Installation Methods & Tools organization. - Ensure awareness and application of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Railway Safety requirements. - Support Site Director in providing Quality, Cost and Delivery estimates for bids. |
