| Descripción de la oferta: | Our client, a prestigious multinational company in the consumer goods sector, well known in the professional area where they operate, is looking for an: SUPPLY & DEMAND PLANNER Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the product availability aligned with the company¡¦s financial plans and the creation and maintenance of the consensus demand plan at multiple levels of aggregation. The Supply & Demand Planner works closely with his/her peers in the HQ to develop, implement and share best practices. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES 1. SUPPLY AND DEMAND PLANNING „X Responsible for the purchasing and replenishment process of finished goods as well as the tracking of the continuous flow of inbound deliveries in the warehouses. „X Manage successfully product transitions, both end of life and new product introductions „X Inventory management with logistic partners including the daily goods movements and stock reconciliation process. „X Responsible for intercompany sales orders with other markets as well as tracking of containers and documentation required in an export/import process. „X Responsible for planning and scheduling the SKU Operational Forecast meetings for finished goods. „X Provide Operations Management the insights necessary to gain management approval of proposed forecast by explaining assumptions and trends to the forecast and identifying risks and opportunities to the operating plan and financial framework „X Responsible for analyzing the historical sales data, compare/choose the proper forecast models and determine base line for proposal. 2. ADDITIONAL TASKS „X Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with internal customers, business units and Operations team members „X Participate in efforts to reduce costs throughout the Supply Chain „X EDI communication with new customers and/or commercial/logistic messages with the Logistics Partners „X Have the right products at the right time in the right quality at the lowest costs at the required shipping point. „X Weekly stock-reconciliation process with plants identifying differences. „X Meet or exceed targeted KPI¡¦s „X Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with internal customers, business units and Operations team members |

| Experiencia mínima: | De 3 a 5 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | PROFILE: We are looking for an experienced and motivated person, with a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus. Three to five years of experience in a consumer goods manufacturing environment with an understanding of major retail accounts and forecasting supply chain management Comprehensive knowledge of high level retail operations, forecasting technology, systems, market research data, and supply chain management Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations High level of English is a must. Knowledge and experience in SAP / SAP APO and high expertise of Excel. EDI desirable |
