| Descripción de la oferta: | Job description The WFM Expert Consultant is a very versatile position. You will be providing services to our clients in Southern Europe, mainly in Italy. After initial training, you will develop a deep knowledge and expertise around the concept ``Workforce Management`` in general and in particular around the solution InVision/Injixo WFM. You advise our users on WFM best practices. You will support our pre-sales activities, project implementation and project management activities. Post-sale, customer support, working on issues and on our online user community belongs to your daily work as well. You will also prepare bids and offers together with our Sales team. |

| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 2 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | •Fluent in Italian, Italian language skills (oral/written) are a must-have. •Able to produce quality documents and present your arguments in spoken professionally and convincingly •Able to master the full functional and technical aspects of business software •Manage the pressure and pace of work •Familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce.com •Familiar with Cloud Architectures •Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English language skills •Several years of experience in a similar position are desired •Knowledge on Time Management would be a plus •Knowledge of the market for call centers and planning would be an advantage •Knowledge of XML, JSON and RESTful APIs would be an advantage •Excellent communicator, with charisma and an ability to conduct convincing demonstrations of our WFM solution |
