Descripción de la oferta: -Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
-Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
-Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
-Answer and manage incoming calls
-Receive and interact with incoming visitors
-Accounting tasks (recording office expenditure, invoicing, etc.)
-Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
-Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs/improvements
-Design and implement filing systems, monitor record keeping, inventory checking


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado - Ciencias Empresariales
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Requisitos mínimos: -Very high level of english & spanish
-Solid executive assistant experience at a Director level
-Excellent ability to prioritize when working under pressure
-Good judgment and using own initiative.
-Good time management.
-Focused on paying attention to detail.
-Drive to provide a high level of customer service.
-Excellent communication skills
-Flexibility
