| Descripción de la oferta: | -Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements -Arrange and coordinate meetings and events -Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings -Answer and manage incoming calls -Receive and interact with incoming visitors -Accounting tasks (recording office expenditure, invoicing, etc.) -Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment -Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs/improvements -Design and implement filing systems, monitor record keeping, inventory checking |
