Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) plants produce electric power by converting the sun`s energy into high-temperature heat using parabolic mirrors. For one of ours plants in Badajoz, we are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and supervise the execution of the thermosolar project as well as the established methodology and contractual clauses, for the purpose of assuring their execution within the required timeframes, with the technical and quality specifications planned and with the target profitability. Functions - To design and reach an agreement concerning the planning of projects (according to regulations and project management program PM@Siemens) with customers (assuring timeframes, costs, functions...) - To follow up on the execution of the projects assigned from the technical, commercial and quality point of view. - To manage the risks throughout the project, identifying and evaluating them, establishing measures to mitigate, avoid or transfer them. - He/She is the project’s economic manager (profits and losses) - To manage the complaints and modifications to the order with the partners in the project (customers, subcontractors, members of the joint venture...) - To guarantee the fulfillment of the total quality management criteria established in the Company in each of the projects to be executed. - To report the progress being made in the projects and the result of the steps taken with the customers to the director of the corresponding area and to the project team. - To do the follow-up on the project’s financial processes, the accounting requirements and the economic indicators. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | - Jefe de Proyectos Senior: 10 años de experiencia en Proyectos de más 25 millones de Euros dentro del Sector de Renovables. Experiencia en la ejecución de proyectos ``llave en mano`` por valor de más de 25 millones de Euros para plantas Termosolares. - Disponibilidad para estancia en el extranjero por un plazo estimado de 3 meses. - Inglés: Seguridad de negociación Otros Requisitos: Conocimiento del sector. Legislación medioambiental y prevención de riesgos laborales. |
