Descripción de la oferta: Our division Business-Development, part of the department Innovation & Development at Distribution, is looking for a business development manager, in order to define, coordinate and implement our new business initiatives for Mainstream & Independent travel

Your main responsibility will be :

- Manage business development projects at Distribution, in coordination with our salesteams, products & destinations, IT-operations and finance depts,
- Understand the business drivers, competitive landscape and clients' context
- Develop project plans, do business cases, anticipate risks & opportunities
- Ensure the commercial launch / follow-up with our commercial teams and marketing departments


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado
Experiencia mínima: De 3 a 5 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: - Diploma, bachelor in Tourism, Business, Economics.
- MBA is a plus.
- 3-5y of work experience, with previous roles in business develop.
- Fluent in english and spanish.
- Experience in tourism industry, incoming, tour operators, online travel agency or wholesaler.
- Experience in online business, e-commerce
Requisitos deseados: - High analytical skills.
- Previous experiences in project management , with a commercial background.
- Results-driven.
- Autonomous, teamwork, Initiative & problem solving.
- Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence, motivate colleagues and transversal teams.
- Ability to work with international teams and flexibility to travel if required.
