| Descripción de la oferta: | Active Directory (DNS, DFS, DHCP, WDS, GPO), Windows 2003/2008 Server, WSUS, Exchange Server, Networking Functions: - Design, implement, and operate IT services in support of overall IT service availability objectives. - Advanced troubleshooting in support of Major Incident and Problem Management processes - Multi-organizational Active Directory setup - Microsoft Windows platforms in all computing environments, including Production, Test, Development, Contact Centres, and offices - Design, deploy, day-to-day operation and advanced troubleshooting of our infrastructure - Microsoft services such as WSUS, RIS, DHCP, DNS, ISA, IIS, DFS, etc. - Creation of “gold” images for consistent and repeatable server systems builds - Systems backup and recovery - Monitoring service availability and performance, utilizing standard protocols such as SNMP - Develop best practices for ongoing systems capacity and performance management to keep up with the demands of a growing organization - Strong knowledge of networking (CISCO certification is valuable) Valuable knowledge in: - Virtualization with VMWARE - SQL administration - MAC OS |
