Descripción de la oferta: Being part of the Architecture Office within the development team, the successful candidate will assume responsibility as Service Owner, who is the maximum responsible for delivering a particular service (or set of services) and guarantee the agreed service levels.
The services owned are Business services in the leisure travel industry, like for example:
- Availability engine
- Valuation engine
- Booking engine
- Contract module

The main responsibilities of this position are:
• Negotiate SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with business areas
• Responsible for a service design that guaranties the availability according to SLAs
• Ensure that the provided service is aligned with the business requirements (both functionally and in terms of performance) participating in new projects analysis and architecture definition
• Evaluate the impact of any new project on the service owned
• Functional and technical responsibility for the service owned
• Has a global vision of the service owned and interacts with IT Project Managers , team of technical specialists, developers and operations support team thru SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) phases
• Reports on service levels


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Requisitos mínimos: - University Degree or higher in Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with a similar role in SDLC (requirements analysis, architecture or functional analysis and design, development, risk analysis, team leading) or as an IT Service Manager (SLM, Service Owner, etc…)
- Software development and architecture methodologies
- Development knowledge with Java and Oracle database
- Experience in reporting to Head Senior Management
- High level of English (written and oral)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Client and results orientated
- Team player
- Problem solving / High level of autonomy and organization.
