Descripción de la oferta: The chosen candidate will perform the following functions:
Call Pickup: Make and answer calls while maintaining the level of abandoned calls below 4%. Answer to the information requested by the customer or providers within the deadline.
Responding to customers: Answer the emails / faxes received no later than 48 hours or a period agreed with the client.
Prepare, send and archive medical authorizations that are required by the customer or supplier.
Other tasks: Direct contact with Health Department to answer questions, requests for permission, etc. Send documentation via e-mail, fax or mail requested by customers or suppliers.
Follow up calls. Modification of customer data. Customer reception


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Bachillerato
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: Required Education: Bachelor
Experience: At least 2 years
Minimum Requirements: Course of Phone Excellence
High learning capacity
User level Computing (Office)
Minimum 2 years experience in Call Center, preferably incoming calls (IN BOUND)
Administrative experience in back office.
Bilingual level of English (spoken and written)
