· Participates in the process of developing workforce plans aligned to the Imaging and Printing WW Large Format Organization business needs.
· Monitor and tracking of ongoing Workforce Plan implementation, including hiring prioritization aligned to the workforce plan
·Performs data collection, reporting and analysis of survey, employee, financial, and workforce data under guidance from senior team member.
·Partners with different business managers, business planners and HR function for organizational initiatives
· Develops and implements HR initiatives for overall organization
·Delivers program information for employee engagement as defined by the business and HR manager with guidance and instructions.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Administración y Dirección de Empresas
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año
Requisitos mínimos: - Recently Graduated from University Degree
- Fluent in English
- Motivation for developing Career in HR
- Good analytical and quantitative skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with initiative to drive project end to end
