| Descripción de la oferta: | The project consists on 3 different phases: Test planning, test reporting and test automation. Phase 1: Develop a process and the tools for planning & allocating the test resources to gain flexibility and predictability. This tool will cover the Mechanics/climatic, EMC, safety and ACPL testing. The planning will have inputs of test duration, resources, and dates of earliest start - latest finish. With this and the resources limitation (machines, tools) it must then generate the test plan with a 2 months line of sight. The tests/tasks resolution will be ½ day. This planning tool will need to be accessible from a Touchscreen PC that will be installed in the Regulations lab. Phase 2: Review current test procedures and update them to specify standard documentation and reporting process, together with the development of a database to store reports with the required format so they're easily searchable in the future. This way we'll have documented the weak areas of the designs and how designs are implemented and converging. Review documentation of old projects and evaluate the option of translating to the new format so we can make the knowledge available. Phase 3: Develop a tool based on LabView or HPVee for automatising the ACPL testing execution and reporting. These tests consists on doing several electrical measures varying voltages, frequencies, on-off cycles, and tracking voltages, currents and temperatures of our printers, as well as issuing the test reports. |
